What to send
You can send feedback about platform size errors, missing image presets, confusing guide content, download problems, or browser compatibility issues. If you suggest a new platform size, include the platform name, the image use case, the recommended dimensions, and the source where you found the recommendation. This helps keep the tool useful for creators and sellers who rely on quick exports.
Useful reports include examples such as a crop preview not matching the downloaded PNG, a preset that appears outdated, a mobile layout issue, or a guide page that needs clearer wording. Short, specific notes are easiest to verify and maintain.
Privacy note
Please do not email private images unless you intentionally want them reviewed. The resizing tool itself processes images locally in your browser, and support messages are separate from the tool workflow.
